Participants experience an unforgettable day in the nature at the high wire garden in Ampfelwang (that is run by our partners “Dachstein Incentives”)
Further activities are conducted at Postalm.
Practices range from astoundingly easy to highly spectacular. Given that participants are intellectually, emotionally and physically integrated in the activities, their direct
and unaltered behavior appears. Consequently, participants learn a lot about themselves and their team members.
Afterwards, the behavior of the groups and the individuals are discussed. The most important experiences will be complemented with models and theoretical inputs.
Based on these insights, the instructors provide advice how to transfer these findings into change in the day-to-day business (reframing – restructuring – reorganization).

cable walk, X-Traverse, Gorilla slide…
